The Pause Call widget goes under the voice category in Missio™ Canvas. The Pause call widget is straight forward, it will pause the call for a specified time! This widget injects silence into the call and pauses for the provided duration. This widget is useful when the designer wants to wait before playing a prompt, such as during a menu loop.
