Teams: Add Call Queue


1. Login to Teams Admin Center

Side Panel > Voice > Call Queues

2. Add a Call Queue

3. Fill in Call Queue information
  1. Queue Name: name of queue

  1. Add Resource Account: Resource account you want to associate with this queue, if none create a new one

  1. Adding users or user groups to be assigned to the queue

4. Adjust any other settings for your queue to meet your needs and "Save"
