Navigate to https://portal.voxtelesys.net/account-setup
Choose your Country.
If you chose the United States. It will ask you for your DBA and EIN, these are optional. If you are not in the United States or you do not provide your DBA and EIN then you will need to go through our manual business vetting.
Click "Next"
Next, start typing your address.
Choose the address from the drop down.
Click "Next."
Choose your plan:
Choose if you would like a Metered plan (pay for minutes of use) or Unlimited plan (all US 48 and Canada minutes included)
Choose the number of lines (concurrent calls) you need:
Minimum for Unlimited plan is 2.
Minimum for the Metered plan is 4.
Select your PBX Vendor:
This is to create your SIP Registration and call formatting.
Choose 3CX additional services (Optional):
If you have a 3CX choose additional services if you want us to host your system.
If not, click "Next" and skip to step 5.
Choose your license size.
Choose services:
Hosting
Cloudfare DDoS Protection
Support
You have now finished Service Setup.
Click "Next" to start Number Ordering.
You will be assigned a Temporary number by default.
If you would like to order additional numbers or choose a different number you can do so by searching by postal code or area code. Choose "Advanced Search" if you want to search by area code.
If you are alright with the temporary number assigned to you, skip to step 6.
Click the NPA field.
Type your NPA and then Click "Search."
We do not recommend the search consecutive unless you need multiple DIDs in sequential order.
Choose your DID.
Click "Confirm."
Click "Next"
Set up or confirm your E911 Address.
This is the physical location Emergency services will need to go to if you dial 911.
Start by typing the address into the text field.
Click "Confirm Address."
Select the number you want to associate with the account from the dropdown.
Click the Checkbox next to the number you want to associate your E911 Address with.
Click "set as default."
Enter a number that has SMS capabilities for emergency services to reach out to if someone dials 911.

Click "Next."
Enter Contact information.
Enter Payment information.
If the address linked to the card is different than the company address enter it here.
Click "I have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions."
Click "I understand it is my responsibility to inform all users and post notification by each phone that "911 Dialing does not function in the event of..."
Sign the agreements.
Click "Accept."
Click "Submit."
