This process takes about 20 minutes to complete.
Navigate to https://portal.voxtelesys.net/account-setup
A. Enter your Company name
B. Then start typing your address. It will try to auto fill for you.
C. Choose the address from the drop down.
D. Hint: If you address doesn't auto fill or the auto fill doesn't match. Enter you address in google and put it what googles returns.
E. Click "Next"
A. Choose if you would like a meter plan (pay for minutes of use) or Unlimited plan (all US 48 and Canada minutes included)
B. Choose the number of lines (concurrent calls) you need. Minimum for unlimited plan is 2. Minimum for the metered plan is 4.
C. Select your PBX Vender. This is to create your SIP Registration and call formating.
D. Optional: If you have a 3CX choose additional services if you want us to host your system. If not skip to step G.
E. Choose your license size
F. Choose services
G. Click "Next"
A. You will be assigned a Temporary number by default. If you would like to order additional numbers or choose a different number you can do so by searching by postal code or area code. Choose advanced search if you want to search by area code. If you are alright with the temporary number assigned to you. Skip to step I.
B. Click the NPA field
C. Type your NPA and then Click "Search". We do not recommend the search consecutive unless you need multiple DIDs in sequential order.
D. Choose your DID
E. Click "Confirm"
F. Optional. If you only want the 1 number and want to remove the original assigned number you need to move the E911 to the new number before deleting it.
G. Uncheck the E911 number from the number you want to delete
H. Click the Red Trash can after.
I. Set up or confirm your E911 Address. This is the physical location Emergency services will need to go to if you dial 911.
J. Enter a number that has SMS capabilities for emergency services to reach out to if someone dials 911.
K. Click "Next"
A. Enter Contact information
B. Enter Payment information
C. If the address linked to the card is different than the company address enter it here.
D. Click "I have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions"
E. Click "I understand it is my responsibility to inform all users and post notification by each phone that "911 Dialing does not function in the event of..."
F. Sign the agreements
G. Click "Accept"
H. Click Submit
