Required access: 3CX and Voxtelesys Portal


Estimated time to complete tutorial: Dependent on 3CX size.

Click on the admin wheel.

On the Dashboard under troubleshooting, click on "Firewall."

Click "Start" to run the firewall checker.

Make sure the firewall check passes.

To add your SIP trunk, click on "Voice & Chat."

Assign your DIDs to Ring Groups call, Queues, and IVRs under Call Handling.

To assign DIDs directly to a User click on the Users tab.

You system now has the basic setup to make and receive calls.
