Click on the admin wheel
On the Dashboard under troubleshooting. "Click on Firewall"
Click "Start" to run the firewall checker
Make sure the firewall check passes.
To add your SIP trunk, click on "Voice & Chat"

To assign DIDs directly to a User click on the Users tab
