Click on the admin wheel

On the Dashboard under troubleshooting. "Click on Firewall"

Click "Start" to run the firewall checker

Make sure the firewall check passes.

To add your SIP trunk, click on "Voice & Chat"

To create your departments Click "Departments"

To set your office hours by department Click "Office Hours" Here you can set your office hours and your holidays.

To add your outbound rules click "Outbound Rules"

To add your users click on the "Users" tab

Assign your DIDs to Ring Groups call, Queues, and IVRs under Call Handling

To assign DIDs directly to a User click on the Users tab

You system now has the basic setup to make and receive calls.
