SMS RegistrationSince the beginning of February 2021, the major wireless carriers (Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile) have been working with The Campaign Registry (TCR) to implement a process to register everyone using VoIP and US local phone numbers to send SMS or MMS messages. All US local (NANP) VoIP SMS numbers must be registered with the TCR, this includes low-volume customers/numbers. A couple of reasons for the TCR and campaign registration: (1) it protects the end-user from spam (2) and it keeps further FCC requirements and regulations from being implemented. Learn More

3CX

With the rise in remote work in recent months, companies have been trying to figure out the best software to connect their employees. 3CX has long been a leading VoIP PBX, but has really positioned themselves as a universal communications solution. On the other hand, Microsoft Teams has been all about employee teamwork from the beginning and now offers phone services with it.

For those companies that love both, Voxtelesys is here to help.

Titanium Partner and Preferred Carrier

Voxtelesys is a proud 3CX Titanium Partner and is certified at the highest level to deploy, maintain, and manage the 3CX IP PBX platform. We help small and medium-sized businesses throughout North America with their 3CX solutions.

3CX also recognizes Voxtelesys as a Preferred SIP Trunk carrier. This means you get the best PBX Sales, SIP Trunk Service, and Support from one source. Our network is fully tested and certified with each update of 3CX.

The Popularity of Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams has quickly risen to prominence as a popular software choice for companies working from home during Covid-19. Microsoft also makes it possible to use Teams to make calls with Phone System. You can either integrate a PBX or use Teams in place of one.

Voxtelesys Integrates Seamlessly With Teams

Voxtelesys makes it easy to use Teams for calling, by allowing you to route directly to our SIP service. Instead of buying or building an expensive SBC (Session Border Controller), we route you through ours. This makes the process much simpler while saving you a bunch of money.

Voxtelesys Lets You Use Both

Whether your company is split on wanting to use 3CX or Teams, or you just want to be able to get the features out of both, you can with Voxtelesys. By using 3CX’s Bridges, we connect your Teams or another system as “master” with your 3CX PBX “slave” system.

Since our SIP service routes directly to where you need it, we can scale this even further. So if you have 3CX, Avaya, Cisco, or another PBX and want to use Teams, we can bridge each of these systems straight to Teams through us. This saves you the trouble of connecting each system to every other system individually.

This also has the added benefit of being able to bridge each of your systems together using us as the central hub.
