Voxtelesys is proud to announce a series of strategic leadership transitions designed to position the company for continued success as we expand our communications platform and deepen our partnerships across enterprise, utilities, and public-sector markets.



Bruce Burke Appointed Director of the Board

Bruce Burke, one of Voxtelesys' founding members, will be stepping back from day-to-day operations and transitioning into the role of Director of the Board. Bruce’s visionary leadership has been foundational in building Voxtelesys into a trusted innovator in cloud communications and telecom infrastructure. His continued involvement at the board level ensures that the company will benefit from his strategic insights as we grow and scale.



Pat Burke Named Chief Executive Officer

Taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer, Pat Burke brings a strong combination of technical depth and organizational leadership to the forefront. As a founder and former CTO, Pat has been instrumental in shaping Voxtelesys’ product roadmap and engineering culture. He will now lead the company’s strategic direction as we enter a new chapter of growth and innovation.



Michael Jennings to Focus on Cheif Revenue Officer Role

Michael Jennings, also a founder and former Chief Operating Officer, will now focus exclusively on his role as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Michael has played a key role in accelerating Voxtelesys' growth across new verticals and enterprise clients. In this refined role, he will continue to lead revenue operations, strategic partnerships, and client success initiatives.



John Burke Promoted to Chief Technology Officer

John Burke, previously serving as Lead Architect, has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer (CTO). John’s architectural leadership has shaped the core of our product and platform infrastructure. As CTO, he will oversee all aspects of technology development, platform engineering, and innovation strategy.



Kevin Burke Appointed Chief Operating Officer

Kevin Burke, formerly Vice President of Operations, has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO). Kevin has been pivotal in scaling our internal operations and building out the systems that support our high-availability infrastructure and support teams. As COO, he will lead all operational functions, ensuring Voxtelesys remains agile, resilient, and customer-focused.
