In 2025, the Voxtelesys Portal introduces two major features: the Flow Builder and the Flow Builder SDK. The Flow Builder is a user-friendly, drag-and-drop tool designed for easily creating and managing call flows without requiring technical expertise. For developers, the Flow Builder SDK takes this further, enabling smooth integration and customization of the tool within business services, offering enhanced flexibility and personalization options.
