The Voxtelesys Portal saw many exciting upgrades and features added throughout 2024. These improvements were designed to make the platform more powerful, user-friendly, and efficient. Here’s a look at the key updates we’ve made this past year:

In 2025, the Voxtelesys Portal introduces two major features: the Flow Builder and the Flow Builder SDK. The Flow Builder is a user-friendly, drag-and-drop tool designed for easily creating and managing call flows without requiring technical expertise. For developers, the Flow Builder SDK takes this further, enabling smooth integration and customization of the tool within business services, offering enhanced flexibility and personalization options.

One of the most exciting additions to the portal is the Flow Builder, a drag-and-drop tool that makes designing call flows simple and intuitive. It’s perfect for creating and managing workflows without needing advanced technical skills.

Infrastructure & Hosting

The portal has undergone significant infrastructure upgrades in 2025. New hosting features improve performance and resource management. Additionally, the transition from Minio to S3 for document storage provides more efficient and robust file management across the platform.

3CX Licensing and Auditing

The Voxtelesys Portal introduces enhancements to agent license management for 3CX users in 2025. The new Agent License Management and User License Requesting simplify processes and improve overall ease of use for businesses.

We improved how licensing is handled for 3CX users with:

  • User License Requesting: Making license requests faster and easier.


Security & Compliance

The Voxtelesys Portal introduces important security and compliance updates for 2025. This includes upgraded TCR features and the integration Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.


TCR Updates

We updated our TCR (The Campaign Registry) features, including:

  • TCR Auth Plus: Enhanced authorization for campaigns.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

To enhance security and compliance, we added KYC verification into the portal, making it easier to ensure account authenticity.



Reporting & Analytics

In 2025, A new Reporting Page has been added to the Voxtelesys Portal. This enhancement improves data access and analysis, resulting in more efficient reporting.

A new Reporting Page was added, allowing users to generate reports for CDRs, MDRs, and FDRs asynchronously. This makes it easier to access and analyze your data without delays.



Additional Features

The portal now features Dynamic E911 support, automatically routing emergency calls to the correct location based on the caller's position. Additionally, the login and registration system has been reworked, with further updates planned to enhance both security and the overall user experience.

In Progress Future Features

The Voxtelesys Portal will soon support ACH payments, offering a secure and convenient way to manage account transactions. Additionally, the Agent Quoting feature is in progress, aimed at making the quoting process more efficent for agents.
