Managing your 3CX licenses has never been easier with the Voxtelesys Portal! Under the 3CX Licensing tab, customers gain full visibility into their active licenses, including expiration dates, license types, and renewal options. With seamless functionality, customers with a credit card on file can renew licenses instantly, while those without can submit upgrade or purchase requests for support to process. Additionally, customers working with an agent can approve or reject purchase requests directly in the portal. The Voxtelesys Portal provides customers with an easy way to view and manage their active 3CX licenses. This functionality is available under the 3CX Licensing tab, ensuring transparency and control over your licensing needs.
Customers can view details of an active 3CX license tied to their account, including expiration dates, license type, and renewal options.
Customers with Default Payment Method as Credit Card
Renew License(s): Customers can renew their licenses directly through the portal.
Upgrade Requests & New License Purchases: Customers can submit requests to upgrade an existing license or purchase a new license. However, they cannot complete the actual purchase process directly—these requests create a ticket for support to process.
Customers with Default Payment Method NOT Credit Card
Renew License(s): Customers can renew their licenses only if a credit card is added to the account at the point of purchase.
Upgrade Requests & New License Purchases: Customers can submit requests to upgrade an existing license or purchase a new license. Like credit card users, they cannot complete the purchase process directly—these requests create a ticket for support to process.
If a customer does not want to add a credit card, they will not be able to renew directly through the portal.
Customers Under an Agent
Customers under an agent can approve or reject purchase requests from their agents. A purple alert will appear on the 3CX Licensing page for each outstanding request that requires approval or rejection.
To access the 3CX Licensing tab, users must have the appropriate permissions:

Renewal notices are sent out 30 days before the renewal date.
Customers are responsible for ensuring timely renewal of their licenses.
