We're excited to announce the launch of 3CX License Management in the Voxtelesys Portal for Agents! Now, agents can easily view, renew, and upgrade their customers' 3CX licenses, submit purchase requests, and directly manage licenses up to 32SC—all within a streamlined, user-friendly interface. With flexible payment options and built-in approval workflows, agents can efficiently handle licensing needs while ensuring seamless service for their customers. The Voxtelesys Portal provides agents with a simple and efficient way to view and manage their active 3CX licenses. This functionality is available under the 3CX License Management tab, offering clear visibility and control over your licensing requirements.
License Renewals
Renew License(s) in the Portal: Agents can renew customer licenses directly through the portal. Additionally, agents can only renew licenses if a credit card is added to the account at the point of purchase.
Upgrade Requests and New License Purchases
Agents can submit requests to upgrade an existing license or purchase a new one. When purchasing a new license, they can choose to use their own payment method or send a request to the customer for approval and payment.
Features include:
Users must have "view" or "manage" permission for 3CX licenses to access the 3CX Licensing tab.
Viewing Licenses in the Portal: Agents can view details of an active 3CX license tied to their account. Agents can view details of active 3CX licenses tied to their customers.
Only users with "manage" permission can create purchase requests and renew licenses. In some cases, agents may need to be approved for licensing by our support team.
Renewal notices are sent out 30 days prior to the renewal date. Agents are responsible for ensuring timely renewal of their licenses.
Voxtelesys will work with the agent to renew via Check, ACH, Wire, or Zelle.
