With flexible payment options and built-in approval workflows, agents can efficiently handle licensing needs while ensuring seamless service for their customers. Managing 3CX Licenses as an Agent in the Voxtelesys Portal

The Voxtelesys Portal provides agents with a simple and efficient way to view and manage their active 3CX licenses. This functionality is available under the 3CX License Management tab, offering clear visibility and control over your licensing requirements.

Functionality

License Renewals

Renew License(s) in the Portal: Agents can renew customer licenses directly through the portal. Additionally, agents can only renew licenses if a credit card is added to the account at the point of purchase.


Upgrade Requests and New License Purchases

Agents can submit requests to upgrade an existing license or purchase a new one. When purchasing a new license, they can choose to use their own payment method or send a request to the customer for approval and payment.

Features include:

  • Renew & Upgrade Customer 3CX Licenses: Get access to purchasing 3CX renewals and upgrades. Just ensure a valid credit card is already on file for a smooth and instant transaction.
  • Direct Purchase Option: To purchase new licenses, agents must have a credit card on file. If no credit card is available, agents can instead send a payment request to the customer for approval and payment. Agents who wish to purchase a license for their own account, without submitting a customer request, should use the 3CX License Management tab under the Agents section.
  • Customer Purchase Requests: When a Credit card is not on file, agents can send new 3CX License Purchase Requests to customers to complete the purchase.
  • Upgrading Larger Licenses (Above 32SC): Larger licenses must go through Sales or Support.

Permissions

Users must have "view" or "manage" permission for 3CX licenses to access the 3CX Licensing tab.

Viewing Licenses in the Portal: Agents can view details of an active 3CX license tied to their account. Agents can view details of active 3CX licenses tied to their customers.

Only users with "manage" permission can create purchase requests and renew licenses. In some cases, agents may need to be approved for licensing by our support team.



Notices

Renewal notices are sent out 30 days prior to the renewal date. Agents are responsible for ensuring timely renewal of their licenses.

Voxtelesys will work with the agent to renew via Check, ACH, Wire, or Zelle.
