missio™ Canvas
Voxtelesys launched missio™ Canvas, a revolutionary tool that lets users design call flows with a simple drag-and-drop interface. This user-friendly feature empowers businesses to create and manage complex workflows without needing extensive technical knowledge.
missio™ Canvas SDK
The team expanded the functionality of Canvas by creating the missio™ Canvas SDK. This software development kit allows businesses to integrate Canvas directly into their own services, giving developers the flexibility to customize and expand its use cases.
Extended Dashboard API
The team also extended the Dashboard API, making it more versatile than ever. New public routes now allow customers to manage:
- Telephone Numbers (TNs)
- Trunk Groups
- Route Profiles
- Route Profile Routes
- Voice API Profiles
- Fax Profiles
These enhancements make it easier for users to access and control their account settings programmatically.
3CX Licensing and Auditing
The team collaborated to improve 3CX licensing and auditing. The updates include:
- Agent License Management: Simplifying how agents are licensed and managed.
- User License Requesting: Making it easier for customers to request licenses through the platform.
ACH Payments
The team is excited to announce a major upcoming feature for the Voxtelesys Portal: ACH payments. Soon, customers will be able to make secure and convenient payments directly through the portal.
New Website Release
Our website got a complete makeover. This brand-new website was rebuilt from the ground up, offering a fresh, modern look and an improved user experience.
Alerts in Portal
The team enhanced the portal by introducing a comprehensive alerts system. Users can now view account-level alerts right on their dashboard. The new system includes a tiered structure for alerts, categorized as: Error, Warning, Success, Info, and Notification.
Additionally, the portal’s user interface underwent a complete overhaul to ensure a more streamlined and intuitive experience.
Nodelogshared Overhaul
The team spearheaded a complete nodelogshared overhaul, improving its performance and reliability. This work ensures a more seamless experience for developers and customers alike.
EJS Shared and EJS Builder
The team created the EJS Shared and EJS Builder tools. These allow for dynamic, preset emails, making it easier to generate and manage communication templates.
Node Common
The entire team contributed to the Node Common library, a shared resource that standardizes and simplifies repeated code and library implementations across our projects. This improvement boosts efficiency and ensures consistency across all development efforts.
