Introducing Capture
Capture is an intuitive data collection tool for creating branded, conversational experiences. It collects customer information, feedback, preferences, confirmations, and structured responses across Web, Messaging (SMS/MMS), RCS, Email, and Native Channel Workflows.
Create conversational experiences without sign-ups, downloads, or writing code. Access the Capture Builder and Capture widgets right within the Voxtelesys Portal.
Capture Builder
Build surveys, forms, and questionnaires as dynamic web pages:
- Visual build: Assemble a Capture from the first question to the final action.
- Branching logic: Route respondents down different paths based on their answers.
- Brand controls: Match colors, logos, and styling to your brand for a consistent experience with Themes.
Capture Widgets in Canvas
Create a Canvas flow to ask questions, collect responses, store insights, and continue the customer journey based on received information with the Capture widgets:
- Capture Delivery: Create a Capture flow directly in Canvas or send a URL to a web-based Capture.
- Multichannel: Ask questions across Messaging (SMS/MMS) and RCS journeys.
- Stored responses: Save customer answers to a database.
- Personalization: Use respondent answers to shape the next step.
missio™ Canvas Usability Updates
A faster, more intentional Canvas, from quicker workspace navigation to a redesigned version history.
Navigation and Shortcuts
New mouse and keyboard shortcuts make it faster to pan, switch tools, select widgets, copy and paste, and zoom around the workspace.
Version History
The Version History panel has been redesigned to make every action clear and deliberate. Per-row controls now sit behind a single menu; "Edit" is now "Rename," deletes take a two-step confirmation, and any version can be restored or published directly from the panel.
Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC)
missio™ lets enterprises bring their own Voice and Messaging providers while keeping full control and security over their environment with Bring Your Own Carrier. BYOC allows customers to connect to the Voxtelesys network outside of the realm of the PSTN. It provides a public access point to the carrier side of our voice network, and it supports both inbound and outbound calls.
