Submit a Port Request in 7 Steps


1. Login to the Voxtelesys Portal and select Porting

2. Select Local Phone Numbers or Toll Free Numbers

If porting both local and toll free then forms need to be submitted separately

3. Fill in your company and contact information

This information should match what is on file with your losing carrier

4. Fill in your losing/current carrier information

This information should match what is on file with your losing carrier

5. Add phone numbers you are looking to port to Voxtelesys

If you have multiple accounts with your current carrier ports may need to be submitted per account code.
