This achievement reinforces our commitment to safeguarding sensitive information and meeting the highest standards of data protection.

But compliance is not a one-time effort—it’s a continuous journey. As we look to the future, we’re making significant changes to enhance our security posture and prepare for the next steps in our compliance roadmap.

Embracing SSO and Zero Trust Security

Growth often brings the need for evolution, and that’s exactly where we find ourselves. To better support our expanding operations and strengthen our security framework, we’ve made the decision to implement Single Sign-On (SSO), paving the way for a seamless transition into a Zero Trust security architecture.

This was not an easy choice. As long-standing proponents of open-source solutions, we’ve always championed their growth and usage. However, with a deep sense of responsibility toward our customers and their data, we’ve opted to partner with Google for this next phase. Google’s robust tools and infrastructure provide the scalability and security we need to meet our ambitious compliance goals.

Compliance Roadmap for 2025

Our move to a stronger security framework sets the stage for a year of significant milestones:

• SOC 1 and SOC 2 Compliance: Scheduled for completion in Q1 2025, these certifications will enhance our transparency and accountability for financial reporting and operational security.
• PCI DSS Compliance: Planned for Q2 2025, this will ensure that we meet stringent standards for securely handling credit card data.
• ISO/IEC 27001 Certification: By Q3 2025, we aim to achieve this globally recognized standard for managing information security.

These certifications are more than just checkboxes—they represent our commitment to being a responsible and trusted partner for our clients.

While it was difficult to step away from some of our open-source roots, this transition marks an exciting new chapter for Voxtelesys. By investing in advanced security and compliance frameworks, we’re building a future where our customers can have absolute confidence in the safety and reliability of our solutions.
