Tutorials: How to Create a Backup

Enter your credentials.

Select "Backup and Restore" in the pane on the left-hand side.

Select the "+ Backup" button.

• Backup Name: Choose a name for your backup.
• Configurations: Choose the configurations you want to backup.

Once you've chose all the settings and name for your backup, click on the "OK" button.

You will have to wait a moment until the backup has completed.

Once your backup appears in your backup list, the backup has been completed.

You can now download and store or share with Voxtelesys if you are moving your 3CX to our hosting.
