Tutorials: View Message Records

Enter your credentials in the Voxtlesys Portal

Click on the "Reports" category, then select "Message Records" from the drop-down menu.

Select the date range:

Select the Trunk Group filter from the drop-down menu:

Click on the "Search" button to view Message Records.

After clicking on the "Search" button, you can select the "Generate Report" and then the "Submit" button to generate a downloadable Message Record report.

After your Message Record Report is finished, go to the "View Reports" tab to view all completed Reports and click on the blue "Download" button to download the new report!
