Go to Voxtelesys Portal and log in.

Click on the "Emergency Services" tab, then select "E911 Numbers" from the drop-down in the Number Provisioning category.
Click on the blue box with the plus sign to add a new E911 number.

Click on "Next" when you are ready to move on to the next step.

You can optionally select the Trunk you want E911 associated with.
Click on "Next" when you are ready to move on to the next step.
Select a Payment Method: When to Pay
Select when to process the payment, there are 2 options available:

Pay Now
Select “Pay Now” to use the credit card (or current balance) on file to pay immediately. Only prepaid customers can pay with their current balance.
Select your preferred payment method and click “Submit” to submit payment.

Pay Later
If you select “Pay Later,” then the payment will be added to your invoice at the end of the billing cycle and charged to your default payment method.
Once completed, click “Submit."
After the order is submitted, a One-Time Charge Approval Notification will be sent to the accounting email on file. Please note, this One-Time Charge email is not an invoice.
