Tutorials: Add DID Number (v69)

Enter your username and password.

Select the "Tenants" tab, then click on "DID Management" from the drop-down menu.

Select "+ | Add DID" to begin your configuration.

  • Inbound DID: Enter a DID Number.
  • Name: Enter a name for the DID number. It is set to Voxtelesys by default.
  • Trunk: Select Voxtelesys from the SIP Trunk drop-down menu.
  • Mapped to tenant: This should be set by default.
  • Account: Select the DID number's route.
  • Use it as Outbound-DID as well: Turn this feature on or off. This sets the caller ID for this account.

Save and verify your configuration when you are finished.
