Tutorials: Inbound Route Setup (v3.0)

From the PBX tab, select the "External" option. After that, select "Inbound Routes" from the drop-down menu.

General settings:

• Description: Name your Route
• DID Pattern: Enter your DID from Voxtelesys in a 10 digit format. As in this example: 5551005500

• Inbound Destination: Set your inbound destination from the first drop-down menu, then select the location.

After creating your route and selecting your inbound destination, make sure you update it.
