Tutorials: Extension Setup (v3.0)

Under the "PBX" tab, select the "Extensions" option, then click on the "Extensions" option again from the drop-down menu.

• Extension: Extension Number
• Name: Name of User
• Email Address: User's Email (This email address will get a welcome email.)
• External CID: Name and caller ID number of user.

Select codecs.

After creating the extension, make sure you update it.
