Tutorials: Add User (v2.1)

Enter your credentials.

Click on to "Unifi Talk" icon.

Click on the "Assignments" tab.

Navigate to the "Users" tab.

Click on the "Add User" button in the top right corner of the screen.

• First Name: Enter the user's first name.
• Last Name: Enter the user's last name.
• Email (optional): Enter the user's email address.
• Number (optional): Select a DID number from the drop-down menu.
• Extension: Type in an extension number.

Press the "Add" button.

Press the "Settings" tab.

Here you can make changes to the extension:

• Name
• Email
• Assigned Device
• Phone Number
• Outgoing Number
• Extension

Some additional changes you can make:

• Ring Flow
• Voicemail Greeting
• Voicemail Timeout
• Delete User
