Tutorials: Outbound Route Setup

Step : Select Tenant Management > Call Routing > Outbound

Under the "Tenant Management" tab, select the "Call Routing" option, then select "Outbound" from the drop down.

Step : Select "+ Create Outbound Route"

Click on the "+ Create Outbound Route" button.

Step : Create the following Rules

Long Distance

Pattern: _1NXXNXXXXXX

Description: Long Distance

Trunk: SIP/Voxtelesys

Make sure to save your long distance rules.

Local

Pattern: _NXXNXXXXXX

Description: Local

Trunk: SIP/Voxtelesys

Make sure to save your local rules.

International

Pattern: _011.

Description: International

Trunk: SIP/Voxtelesys

Make sure to save your international rules.

Emergency

Pattern: 911

Description: Emergency

Trunk: SIP/Voxtelesys

Make sure to save your emergency rules.

Emergency Testing

Pattern: 922

Description: Emergency Testing
