Teams: Add Call Queue
1. Log in to Teams Admin Center
Side Panel > Voice > Call queues
2. Add a Call Queue
3. Fill in Call Queue information
- Queue Name:
name of queue
- Add Resource Account:
Resource account you want to associate with this queue, if none create a new one.
- Adding users or user groups to be assigned to the queue.
4. Adjust any other settings for your queue to meet your needs and "Save"
