Add Call Queue

Click on "Voice" on the Side Panel.

Under the "Voice" option, click on "Call queues" from the drop-down menu.

Click on "+ Add" to begin your Call Queue configuration.

Enter the following information:

  • Queue Name: Enter the name of the queue.
  • Add Resource Account: Resource account you want to associate with this queue. If there is none, create a new one.
  • Users: Add users or user groups to be assigned to the queue.

After you fill in call queue information and adjust other settings, make sure you click on the "Save" button.
