Inbound Route Setup
Learn how to set up inbound routes/rules on Issabel PBX to start receiving incoming calls on your Voxtelesys SIP Trunk!

Required access: Issabel PBX

Under the "PBX" tab, click on "PBX Configuration" from the drop-down menu.
Under the "Inbound Call Control" category, click on the "Inbound Routes" option.
Enter the following
- Description: Name your rule.
- DID Number: Number from Voxtelesys.
Set Destination:
- Drop Down 1: Select the type of routing: Extension, IVR, Call Queue, etc. and select the destination of the routing.
Submit changes after each rule, once all are built select "Apply changes"
