Tutorials: Inbound Route Setup

Under the "PBX" tab, click on "PBX Configuration" from the drop-down menu.

Under the "Inbound Call Control" category, click on the "Inbound Routes" option.

• Description: Name your rule.
• DID Number: Number from Voxtelesys.

Set Destination:

• Drop Down 1: Select the type of routing: Extension, IVR, Call Queue, etc. and select the destination of the routing.

Submit changes after each rule, once all are built select "Apply changes"
