Tutorials: Inbound Routes

From the "Dialplan" tab, click on "Destinations" from the drop-down menu.

Click on "+ ADD" to begin your inbound numbers configuration.

Enter the following:

• Type: Select "Inbound" from the drop-down menu.
• Destination: Retrieve the phone number from Voxtelesys.
• Action: Assign where the numbers route. For example: an Extension, a Call queue, etc.

Voxtelesys supports National, E164 No Plus, and E164 calling formats for 3CX dialing, these can be adjusted in the portal if you want to change your calling format.

• National: 5558675309
• E164 No Plus: 15558675309
• E164: +15558675309

Click on "Save" to add the inbound number. Inbound destinations are the DID/DDI, DNIS, or Alias for inbound calls.
