Tutorials: How to Set Outbound Caller Name (CNAM)

Learn how to set outbound caller name in the Voxtelesys Portal.

Required Access: Voxtelesys Portal

Log in to the Voxtelesys Portal.



Under the number provisioning category Click "Phone Numbers"



In the phone number drop-down click "Numbers"



Find the number you would like to add and click the edit pencil.



Click the checkbox for "Outbound CNAM Enabled"

Important Note:
The Outbound Caller Name must be 15 characters or less. Additionally, it cannot be all numbers or include any special characters.



Click the "Outbound Caller Name" field and enter your caller name.



Once all the information is entered, click "Confirm"
