Tutorials: Extensions Setup

Under the "Extension / Trunk" tab, select "Extensions" from the drop down.

Click on the "+ Add" button.

• Extension: Extension Number
• Permission: Access this extension has to outbound call

1. Internal
2. Local
3. National
4. International

• First Name: First name of user
• Last Name: Last name of user
• CallerID Number: Number to be displayed as outbound caller ID
• Mobile Phone Number: Cell phone number of user

Save and apply your configuration.
