Inbound routes under the Extension/trunk drop down in Grandstream



Select the "Extension / Trunk" tab, then click on "Inbound Routes" from the drop-down menu.

Click on the "+ Add" button to begin your configuration.

Create New Inbound Rule:

  • Trunks: Select "SIPTrunks -- Voxtelesys" from the drop-down menu.
  • Pattern: Enter your phone number in this format: _XXXXXXXXXX (Replace the Xs with your phone number.)
  • Default Destination: Choose where you want to route your call.

Save and apply your configuration once you are finished adding your inbound route.
