Navigate to FreePBX and enter your credentials.
Select the "Applications" tab, then click on "IVR" from the drop-down menu.
Press the "+ Add IVR" button to begin the configuration.
Enter IVR General Options:
- IVR Name: Enter a name for your IVR.
- IVR Description: Enter a description of your IVR.
Enter IVR DTMF Options:
- Announcement: Select the message you want the IVR to play when it is dialed.
Note:
To add an announcement go to Admin > System Recordings
Enter IVR Entries:
- Digits: Enter the number for callers to press.
- Destination: Select the destination to send the call. Set it to route to a ring group, a call queue, an IVR, etc.
Click on "Submit" when you are finished adding an IVR.
After that, select "Apply Config" to reload FreePBX and finalize your changes.
