Tutorials: Add Voicemail to Extension

Go to Applications > Extensions in your FreePBX account.

Select the "Edit" button on the extension you wish to add voicemail to.

Select "Yes" on the enabled option.

• If your voicemail requires a password, enter the numeric password.
• Enter your email address if you’d like your voicemails to be sent to your email.
• If you’d like an audio file of the voicemail sent to your email, select "Yes" on the audio attachment icon.

Select "Submit" when you are finished.

Select "Apply Config" to ensure all your changes have been saved.

• Dial *97 when you want to access the voicemail of your current extension.
• Dial *98 when you want to access another extension’s voicemail from your current extension.
