Tutorials: Add IVR

From the "Applications" tab, click on "IVR" from the drop-down menu.

Click on "+ Add IVR" to begin your configuration.

IVR General Options:

• IVR Name: Name of IVR
• IVR Description: Description of IVR

IVR DTMF Options:

• Announcement: Message you want to play when the IVR is dialed

To add an announcement go to Admin > System Recordings

Here you can set up your key presses: 1, 2, 3, etc. to route to ring groups, call queues, IVRs, and other destinations.

Submit and apply the configuration when you are finished setting up your IVR.
