Tutorials: Add Extension

From the "Applications" tab, click on "Extensions" from the drop-down menu.

Select the "+ Add Extension" button, then click on "+ Add New SIP [chan_pjsip] Extension" from the drop-down menu.

Enter the following:

• User Extension: Extension Number
• Display Name: Name of user
• Set Destination: Pick where this number will route: Extension, Call Queue, IVR, etc.
• Optional: Set up voicemail

Select and enter the following:

• Enabled: Yes
• Voicemail Password: Create strong PIN

Submit and apply your configuration after you are done adding an extension.
