Tutorials: Create an IVR

Enter your credentials.

In the pane on the left-hand side, select the "Call Features" tab.

Click on "IVR" from the drop-down menu.

Click on the "+ Add" button.

Enter the information for your new IVR on the "Basic" tab.

Note: Anything with an asterisk (*) is important and has to be filled out before you can finish creating the IVR.

Next, navigate to the "Key Press Event" tab.

Here, you will select the actions you want to be assigned to the numbers to be dialed when someone connects to the IVR system.

Once you've completed with the setup, navigate to the bottom of the page and click on the "Save" button.

Now, you should see your new IVR in the IVR Library.
