*Disclaimer: The phone must be on the lastest 3CX supported firmware for it to connect to the 3CX. To update the phones firmware you will need to be able to log into the web interface for the phone.

Confirm that your phone is on the latest 3CX supported Firmware.
Navigate to your 3CX.
Click the "Admin" gear.
Click "Users."
Open the User you want to attach the phone to.
Click "IP Phone."
Click "Configure a Phone."
Select the Phone Model Drop down.
Select your phone's make and model.
Click the "MAC Address" field and enter the MAC address on the back of the phone.
Click "Next."
Make sure "Connect Directly" is chosen and click "Add Phone."
Click "Close."
Click "Save."
Reboot your phone by unplugging it for 10 seconds and then plugging it back in.
Once the phone comes back up it should have the extension number and name on the display. To also confirm Click "Voice & Chat" and make sure the phone shows up here green.
Open the user you provisioned the phone to.
Click "IP Phone."
Click "Configuration Guide."
