Inbound Route Setup
Learn how to create inbound routes in CompletePBX!

Required access: CompletePBX
Click on "PBX," then click on the "External" tab. Click on "Inbound Routes" from the drop-down menu.
General section:
- Routing Method: Leave on the default setting.
- Description: Enter a description that will help identify your inbound route.
- DID Pattern: Enter your DID number (exclude any dots or parentheses).
- Inbound Destination: Enter the destination to route this inbound call when it is first answered.
Click on the "Save" button.
Then click on the reload icon.
