Tutorials: Add Single DID/Numbers
Learn how to add a single DID number to your Bicom PBX!

Required access: Bicom PBX
From the Master Tenant, select the "DIDs" tab.
Edit or double click the SIP Trunk you are adding number to.
- Tenant: Select Tenant/customer the number will go under.
- Trunk: Select Trunk belonging to the Tenant/customer.
- DID/Channel (start): Enter the DID number.
Make sure to click on "Save" after filling in the DID information.
