Bicom PBX | Add IVR
1. Select Tenant
Select the tenant you want to add the IVR to.
2. Select "IVR"
3. Add IVR
4. Fill in IVR Information
- IVR Name:
Name of IVR
- IVR Number:
Number of IVR
Message to be played
- IVR Type:
Number of rings before queue answers
5. IVR Key Press Setup
Once you have completely filled in the IVR information, you can set your press settings to route your calls. See the example below:
- In the advanced options you will be able to set up more fine details; like General settings, greeting options, operation times, ringing type, local dialing, and permissions.
6. Now you can go to "DIDs" and assign a DID number to route to your IVR
