Select the tenant you want to add the IVR to.
Click on the "IVR" tab on the Bicom Dashboard, then click on "IVR" from the drop-down menu.
Select the Add IVR button.
Once you have completely filled in the IVR information, you can set your press settings to route your calls.
In the advanced options you will be able to set up more fine details, like: General settings, greeting options, operation times, ringing type, local dialing, and permissions.
Now you can go to "DIDs" and assign a DID number to route to your IVR.
