Learn how to add an extension to your Bicom PBX!

Required access: Bicom PBX
Select the tenant you want to add the extension to.
Under the "Extensions" tab, click on the "+ Add Extension" button.
UAD should be set to "Generic SIP" and location should be set to "Local" from the drop-down menu.
- Extension Number: Number of Extension.
- Name: Name of user.
- E-mail: Email address of user.
Save your new extension.
