Tutorials: Voicemail Greetings

Enter your credentials.
Click on the three dot icon, then click on "Voicemail."
Click on the "Greetings" tab.
There are three different ways to add a Greeting to your 3CX Web Client:
Press the "microphone" button.
Input your file name and press the "microphone" button.
Record your greeting and press the "microphone/stop" button to end the recording.
Review your new recording and press the "counter-clockwise circle" to redo your recording or press the "arrow up" button to upload your new recording.
Press the "Desk Phone" button.
Input your file name and press the "OK" button.
Click on the green phone icon and record your greeting.
Press the "upload" button and add your Greeting file. (format: mono, .wav, 8 kHz)
If you are getting an error or the file is not playing correctly, please review and convert your file using the 3CX audio converter tool.
