Tutorials: Voicemail Global Settings Setup

Navigate to Settings from the 3CX Dashboard.

Click on the "Voicemail" button.

Configure the voicemail settings.

• Voicemail Menu Extension Number: "Typically 999 or 9999"
• Do not save Voicemails that are less than (seconds): "Defaults to 2 seconds"

• Voicemail quota, Gb: "Defaults to 5 Gb"

The following voicemail settings are optional.

• Automatically delete all Voicemails older than: "Check the box. Defaults to 30 days"

• Send email when size of Voicemail folder reaches: "Check the box. Defaults to 75% of quota"

Click on "OK" when you are finished.
