Configuring your 3CX Mobile App is a breeze, just follow these simple steps and you will be sending and receiving calls in no time!

From your cell phone's app store, search and download the 3CX mobile app.

It is available on Android and iOS.

There are two methods for getting your QR Code:

3cx web client QR code

You can access your QR code from the web client by clicking on the "QR code" button in the top right corner of the screen .

Once you have your QR code open, you can Scan the QR code in the 3CX Mobile App.

You can also access your QR code from your 3CX Admin Console!

Click on the "admin" button, "Users" tab, and select the user extension that you want the QR code for.

Under the "General" tab, click the "QR code" button. Next, scan the QR code in the 3CX Mobile App.

Open the 3CX app, and agree to the License Agreement.



If this does not show up, skip this step and hit the 3 bars in the top left and tap on the "Scan QR Code" button.

Tap on the "scan QR code" button and scan your QR code.

Tap on the "continue" button and enable all required app permissions.

Congratulations! You are now set up and able to send and receive phone calls!
