Learn how to enable E.164 on 3CX FREE or in the 3CX Web Client!

Step : Overview

Required Access: 3CX Free or 3CX Web Client

Step : Log in to 3CX FREE

Enter your credentials.

Step : Navigate to the Admin Console

Click on the "Admin" gear icon on the bottom left.

Step : Click on "Voice & chat"

Click on the "Voice & chat" tab.

Step : Click "+ Add Trunk" or Open Your Existing Trunk

Click on the "+ Add Trunk" button.

Or, open your existing route to update to E164.

Step : Under the "Main Trunk Number," Add/Update Your DID With a +1

Under the "Main Trunk Number," add/update your DID as +1 (your DID) ex. +17019299797

Step : Click on "Save"
