Click on the 3 dot icon in the Web Client Dashboard.
Then, click on "Voicemail" from the drop-down menu.
In the 3CX Web Client or PWA, click the "Settings" button on the left hand side where you can find your voicemail number and PIN under the "General" tab.
You can also find that extension number from the 3CX Admin Console, click on "System" and then "Voicemail".

Dial the voicemail's extension number.
It will usually be 999 or 9999.

Type in your extension number and press the "#" key.

From the 3CX Admin Console, click on the "Users" tab, select the desired user, and click on the "Voicemail" tab.
Dial the voicemail's extension number.
Press the "#" key and dial the individual's extension number.
After that, enter the individual's PIN number and press the "#" key.
