So you’re looking to host with Voxtelesys? Congratulations, you just made a smart telecom decision! At Voxtelesys, our Support Engineers are passionate about ensuring our customers are set up with a phone system that is form fitted specifically to their needs.
Process
At Voxtelesys, we make transitioning to 3CX with Voxtelesys hosting, support, and SIP trunking easy! As part of our service, we have established a simple, seamless solution to get your phone system up and running.
To ensure a proper and timely setup of your 3CX phone system, please be ready to provide us with the following information:

Desired Extension Length (minimum of 2 digits)

Custom FQDN (Located in the 3CX Management Console URL Link. Most use their business name.)

Office Hours (including Time Zone)

List Of Users/Extensions (and extension number if desired)

This includes First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and if they are a manager or user.

(If Applicable) List Of All Groups And Their Users

Including what group the users will belong to will help us when we create Ring Groups and/or Call Queues. (ex. If your business has both a sales and support team, it creates a smoother onboarding process to include each user in which group they belong)

Your Desired Layout For Routing Numbers

Does your PBX need an IVR/Digital Receptionist? (ex. "Press 1 for our Sales Department, Press 2 for our Support Team")

Does your PBX need any special features? (ex. Call Parking, Call Options, Waiting Queues, etc.)

Does your PBX or specific users need SMS services? (ex. User sending and receiving SMS text messages.)
