He guides the company's financial health, regulatory compliance, and overall operations with a keen eye for customer satisfaction and profitability. His extensive journey began as a cable splicer and service technician, evolving through diverse roles in marketing, central office management, and more. This broad experience fuels his leadership, ensuring Voxtelesys thrives in the modern voice and data landscape. By prioritizing cost controls and profitability, Bruce safeguards the success of Voxtelesys, its employees, customers, and stakeholders.
Pat, a founding force and technology architect at Voxtelesys, oversees product and service development. His 35+ years in software engineering and 30+ years in telecom equip him with a wealth of expertise. Pat's career journey spans from crafting real-time aviation systems to shaping innovative telecom solutions. He's led diverse projects like billing systems, AI-powered dialers, and medical messaging, prioritizing both functionality and stability. Now, he steers the development of Voxtelesys' platform, services, and custom projects. Our reputation for exceptional quality, performance, and features speaks volumes about Pat's impactful leadership.
Michael has more than 20 years of experience in technology startups, with a particular focus on telecommunication infrastructure and network design. He is an expert in creating and managing infrastructure stacks for global corporations. Michael is highly regarded for his innovative solutions and ability to implement scalable solutions that drive efficiency and growth. As COO, his responsibilities include designing the necessary infrastructure for the Tier 1 services that clients expect.
John Burke, who previously served as Lead Architect, is now Chief Technology Officer (CTO). John’s architectural leadership has shaped the core of our product and platform infrastructure. As CTO, he will oversee all aspects of technology development, platform engineering, and innovation strategy.
With over 10 years of dedicated service to Voxtelesys, Kevin leads the company's internal operations as Chief Operating Officer. His expertise is centered on optimizing sales and support processes, strengthening key carrier relationships, and building strategic partnerships. This comprehensive approach, combined with Kevin's telecom certifications, enables Voxtelesys to deliver the high-quality, reliable service our clients expect while upholding our commitment to operational excellence.
